The man-bridge:

Victor supported on his chest a large 30′ long metal panel weighting 1200 lbs (545.5 kg), large enough to carry a car. He acted as the supporting pivot while a car with four passengers climbed on a ramp and slowly crossed the bridge, stopped in the middle, then cleared it and climbed off the second ramp. It was the same car that he carried on his back while he climbed a pole. p130-131

By one-handedly lifting his 309.5 lbs weight (140,4 kg), he shattered four world records : p63-64
1. Breaking Louis Cyr’s one-handed snatch world record of 273.25 lbs(99 kg).

2. Lifting more than twice his weight.

3. Lifting the world’s heaviest snatch weight.
